WHO WE ARE:
This website is a reference for Alternative Dispute Resolution and provides general information while profiling the legal services of lawyers Murray H. Miskin and Michelle Brown of the Miskin Professional Corporation with Law Offices in Whitby and Toronto, Canada plus the ADR services of Nancy Miskin and Murray Miskin.
Michelle Brown joined our firm in September 2005 to work exclusively on plaintiff personal injury cases. Michelle was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002 and had been working with the insurance defence firm Sigurdson Associates in Toronto since then. She had previously articled with the highly respected Toronto insurance law firm Iacono, Brown. She was born in Jamaica and grew up in St. Catherines, Ontario. Michelle graduated Political Science at McGill University in Montreal before attending Law School at the University of Windsor. Since joining our firm Michelle has qualified as an Arbitrator through the ADR Institute course. She is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Advocates Society, the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. Michelle attended her first convention of the American Association for Justice in July 2007 in Chicago and will attend this year's AAJ Convention in Philadelphia.
