Has been principal arbitration instructor
of the ADR Institute of Ontario since 1985, teaching the Arbitration II course
through the University of Toronto for 10 years and then independent of the
University. Has acted as counsel in numerous arbitrations and mediations and
also regularly acts as counsel and advisor to arbitrators. Recently has
arbitrated environmental issues. Has spoken to various
groups and organizations about the Arbitration Act, Mediation and ADR processes.
In arbitration practice has conducted a variety of commercial, construction,
environmental and
condominium arbitrations.
Trained and qualified in Mediation at Osgoode Hall Law School February 1998. Advanced
mediation training from Dr. Christopher Moore of Boulder Colorado in October
2003. Toronto Roster Mediator
from 1999 to July 2003. Has extensive experience as a mediator. |
